Diana Bender
Diana is a joyful, compassionate, thoughtful and engaged PCC-level coach and Certified Mentor Coach. Diana has been coaching leaders of non-profits and faith communities for over ten years, helping them bring their best, most authentic selves to their life and leadership. She also coaches individuals and groups through personal transformation, inspiring them to find where their greatest joy meets the world’s great needs. Diana is a trainer for the College of Congregational Development and teaches non-profit leadership skills classes.
Before she became a coach, Diana's non-profit career focused on developing and applying innovative paradigms to improve institutions core to people's lives. She co-founded and led a non-profit, worked as a funder of non-profits, and catalyzed systems change in city government. She has been actively involved as a community organizer fighting racism in Seattle, co-founding anti-racism groups at schools, churches and workplaces. Diana has a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, additional training in adult development and mentor coaching and is a graduate of SeattleCoach. |
Gretchen Remmers
Gretchen has been sparking the best in others for over 25 years. As a PCC-level coach, a Certified Mentor Coach, and facilitator, she delights in inspiring clients to bring their best ideas forward and to step into their life's adventure with authenticity, courage and grace. Her style is practical and strategic, yet she shows up wholeheartedly, inviting her clients to do the same.
Gretchen coaches leaders of global organizations including Microsoft, Amazon and Danaher. She's the resident coach on Tara Mohr's Playing Big team coaching women entrepreneurs, professors, writers and artists to speak up, create, and lead. Formerly a Human Resources partner at Genentech, Young & Rubicam and Wells Fargo, she has facilitated leadership development programs in 11 countries, led EEO and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and collaborated with senior managers and their teams to develop their greatest talent. Gretchen is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, SeattleCoach, the Playing Big Facilitators Training, and Outward Bounds' Instructor Development Program. |
